I dedicate this cache to all those people that hit ROCK-BOTTOM in their lives and lost. For those of you that made it through the toughest times and survived – I solute you! For when you hit rock-bottom and survive, nothing will scare you.
Because when you are at your lowest and darkest you often stand alone, the people around you will not understand your journey, they don't need to, it is not for them. But if you are lucky enough you will have someone stand by you making you realize the only way to go is up.
The positive of hitting rock-bottom; sometimes you must get knocked down lower than you have ever been to stand back up taller than you ever were. To stand up, you must know how it feels to be knocked down so you can use your rock-bottom as a solid foundation to re-build your life.
Hitting rock-bottom will teach you more than mountain tops ever will, and more heroes are born there than in privilege. The thing about rock-bottom is that you can stay down there, or you can get back up. The choice is yours
