This is the Bonus Cache for A Trip Down Memory Lane on North 45th Street Adventure Lab. 

Complete the tour, then examine the five journal entries to unlock the final coordinates for this cache.

The actual hide is probably a 1.5/1.0, but I have added 0.5 star of difficulty and 0.5 star of terrain for completing the required Adventure.
