Welcome to Wildlife Prairie Park! (Note: you must pay an admission fee, or have a membership, in order to enter this not-for-profit park.)
This cache is part of the Haybarn Loop, a group of caches of various sizes and difficulties located on established trails a moderate distance from the Visitor Center. There are some larger, more family-friendly caches as well as some smaller bison tubes and preforms with room for only the log and a coin or two.
Caches are generally located near the trails, and no bushwhacking is required to get from cache to cache. Stay alert for cyclists, as the trails are multi-use and can be used by mountain bikers.
Total length of the Haybarn Loop is approximately 1.5 miles when starting from the Visitor Center. It overlaps with the Starter Loop initially and then diverges to a less-traveled corner of the Park.
