This cache is part of a series of caches that get you to visit and see the community artwork that has been applied to some roadside network infrastructure cabinets.
Note that no physical caches are placed on or near the cabinets - you only need to look at them to gather the information you need.

Layout of the multi-cache
This multi-cache is arranged the same as all of the caches in the series. It comprises 3 virtual stages and a physical final. The 3 virtual waypoints are each the location of a communication cabinet in the Porirua suburb of Ascot Park. Technically WP1 is a little outside Ascot Park on the boundary between Papakowhai and Aotea but they form a convenient grouping. The waypoints are listed in one possible visitation order (the recommended order) but you can visit them in any order you like to collect the information you will need to compute the location of the final.
The virtual way points
| WP1 |
 |
C |
The last digit (of a 3 digit number) on small enclosure next to the cabinet on the uphill side. |
| E |
Last digit minus first digit of the year signed. |
| WP2 |
 |
A |
The last digit on the small black utility box to the left of the cabinet. |
| D |
The total number of red "plants" on the left and right sides of cabinet (like the 4 on the front which you don't count). |
| WP3 |
 |
B |
The 3rd digit of the year under the artist's signature. |
| F |
Sum of the last two digits of the year signed. |
The checksum for A+B+C+D+E+F=20
The final location
S41 07.ABC E174 52.DEF
It's not too far away from one of the cabinets but deliberately placed well off the street in a muggle-free location.
