This cache is part of a series of caches that get you to visit and see the community artwork that has been applied to some roadside network infrastructure cabinets.
Note that no physical caches are placed on or near the cabinets - you only need to look at them to gather the information you need.

Layout of the multi-cache
This multi-cache is arranged the same as all of the caches in the series. It comprises 3 virtual stages and a physical final. The 3 virtual waypoints are each the location of a communication cabinet in the eastern part of Porirua's large suburb of Whitby. Interestingly, the size of Whitby is such that is has its own unofficial sub-suburbs such as Silverwood, for which you might notice the sign near WP2. Unfortunately the cabinets there have not received the artist treatment at the time of creating this cache.
Technically WP3 is in neighbouring Pauatahanui but is closer to the other two than the cabinets further west in Whitby. It is a particularly nice example of cabinet artwork and Pauatahanui doesn't have any more painted cabinets to warrant its own multi.
The waypoints are listed in one possible visitation order but you can visit them in any order you like to collect the information you will need to compute the location of the final.

It's not too far away from one of the waypoints (but further than ideal and it probably seems a bit random and unrelated). However it is well off the street and is at least in eastern Whitby.
