ECALT- A Gateway to Everything in Macedon AL Bonus
This is a bonus cache to my ECALT Macedon Adventure lab. You can play that by clicking here or by scanning the QR code below
Bonus Cache Information
As I said above, this is a bonus cache to my AL. Although, getting this bonus cache isn't as easy as just completing the AL. I have designed a super creative way to find clues during the Adventure Lab in order to crack the keyword needed for certitude. It should be worth mentioning that you don't need to complete the entire AL to find this bonus, but you should anyways. So upon completing a stage of the AL, check the journal entry to see if you found a BONUS CLUE. Follow the intructions on where to find this clue. You are looking for a custom made "sticker" that is similar to the one below

So how do you take the information given and turn it into a keyword? Well I will give this; the keyword is 15 characters long, but I doubt you will be able to crack it without collecting all the clues. I will also not tell you how many clues there are. That is for you to figure out. So in each clue, you are given 2 cruial pieces of information. The Code and the Order. The code is a portion of the keyword, and the order is where the pieces of the code fit into the keyword. In the example above, the code is ABC, and the Order is 1;2;3. This means that "A" is the first letter in the keyword, "B" is the 2nd, and "C" is the 3rd. Pretty simple right? Of course it isn't easy as ABC in the real code, but hopefully this example will set you forward. This is my first mystery cache is this field of puzzling, so hopefully I explained it well enough for everyone to understand. I doubt that you will have problems. After you think you have cracked the code for the keyword, plug it into the checker. It may look like you've got it wrong, but I assure you that what you have is correct, just plug it into certitude to see what it really means. I really tried my best to have an AL that stands out from the rest, so hopefully this bonus will secure that title!

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.

A Little Information About Macedon
Macedon was established in 1823 and is named after Ancient Macedonia. Before Macedon was established, it was home grounds for the Navite American tribe, The Iroquois. Macedon was mainly contructed through the Erie Canal, because of Lock 30 being in the center, and it brought settlers to the area. Macedon is home to the "Macedon Academy," which was well known for its higher education. It was built in 1852, and continued as a private school until 1902. The town of Macedon hosts some places to shop and eat. There are a few parks in the surrounding areas, some that are not included in AL. In this AL, you will be visiting a small pocket park, murals, the library, the butterfly trail, lock 30, and some more. Lock 30 Park has camping grounds and pavilions, and of course, you get to see Lock in Action. Macedon may be a small town, but come out and spend the afternoon out here!
Lastly, I want to thank Nancy from Deadliest Cachers for leading this project and putting it all together. I've had a lot of fun putting my AL together, and I'm excited that NY has it's own trail dedicated to ALs! It's truly amazing how we can all come together as a community and create a project as big as this. Thank you Nancy for the oppertunity and your efforts in hosting this wonderful trail of ALs!
