Geocache is a clear vitamin bottle, and has an official geocache label taped on. This was our first hide and we didn't want to make it too difficult so we can be sure to get some feedback when it's found. Not quite a park and grab, but close. Cache is just into the small wooded area behind the playground. Starting contents include a stencil/ruler, bookmark, small toy, stickers, and a paracord bracelet.
South Range Park is a place that my niece, who loves to geocache with me, loves to visit, and we wanted to hide a child-friendly cache in a place kids would love. It is easily accessible, well maintained, and usually pretty quiet. While it is a small park, the playground equipment includes swings, see-saws, a jungle gym, and children riders. There is also a tennis court, basketball hoop, and one picnic table. You can park right along either sixth or seventh street or there is spot for 1-2 cars to park as well.
