Middle River is on the northern side of Kangaroo Island and meets the ocean at Snelling Beach. It starts roughly at S35.76879 E136.97316 and winds its way east then north to the beach collecting water from several creeks along the way.
I recommend parking on the south side of Karoonda Highway.
