Without a doubt the wine industry is the driving force behind Marlborough's economy and this cache is Version two of the sixteenth in a series by Kiwimykl (and others) to highlight the industry.
Wine Marlborough list 168 wineries on their website and at the time of listing this is the latest in the series.
The original version of this cache (GC7DZB1) was placed by capperz not far from here along Rapaura Road, but was one of the ones he archived just before he left on a posting to Auckland. I've always had plans to replace it to keep the sequence intact, and have now finally got around to it.
A quick and easy park and grab near the entrance to one of Marlborough's well known winery operations.
