The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates.
The posted co-ordinates are at Founder's cemetery and are also near the end of an Adventure Lab cache called 'Haunted Roswell'. To get the final co-ordinates simply complete the Adventure Lab.

You are looking for a small bison tube. The cache is outside the cemetry, you do not need to access the cemetery to find the cache, but it is an interesting place to explore.
