This cache isn't really difficult, but I've given it a bit of a higher difficult rating because it can potentially be in a high muggle area. I recently found a bunch of these in Michigan and have never seen them in our area, so I decided to bring some to Greater Lynchburg.
Park in such a manner that you block the view from the main parking lot.
