Petrinovic Mausoleum
Na zapadnoj strani supetarskog groblja na poluotoku sv. Nikole podignut je monumentalni mauzolej obitelji Petrinović (1924.-27.), bračke iseljeničke obitelji iz Čilea, izrađen od bijelog bračkog kamena. Građevina pokazuje bizantski arhitektonski koncept centralne križne građevine sa pet kupola, dok su reljefi i arhitektonska plastika oblikovani pod utjecajem bečke secesije. Samouki kipar Toma Rosandić (1878.-1958.) radio je kod Ivana Meštrovića u Beču i prenio stil plitkih dekorativnih reljefa sa secesijskom stilizacijom. Nad kriptom je grobna kapela s kipom Raspeća nad glavnim oltarom i reljefom Polaganja u grob na antependiju, kipom Uskrslog Krista i sv. Mihovila.
Izvorno je narudžbu za izvedbu mauzoleja dobio Ivan Rendić, no oduzeta mu je. Rendić je to djelo smatrao svojim životnim radom.
On the west side of the Supetar cemetery on the peninsula of St. Nikola, a monumental mausoleum of the Petrinović family (1924-27), a Brač emigrant family from Chile, was built, made of white Brač stone. The building shows the Byzantine architectural concept of a central cross building with five domes, while the reliefs and architectural plasticity were shaped under the influence of the Viennese Art Nouveau. The self-taught sculptor Toma Rosandić (1878-1958) worked for Ivan Meštrović in Vienna and transmitted the style of shallow decorative reliefs with Art Nouveau stylization. Above the crypt is a tomb chapel with a statue of the Crucifixion over the main altar and a relief of the Laying in the tomb on the antependium, a statue of the Risen Christ and St. Mihovila.
Ivan Rendić originally received the order for the construction of the mausoleum, but it was taken away from him. Rendić considered this work his life's work
