ENG: Pefkari means "little pine tree" in the local dialect. It lies on the southern coast of the island, between the villages of Potos and Limenaria. The location is the little grove between the 2 beaches in Pefkari. To access the GC location and look for the cache , you can either go through the parking lot in Pefkari, or you can go to the left beach through the Sotiris Studios/Oasis or Alexandra Hotel. If you choose the second option you have to locate the huge rock , which has a ancient-greek like pillar on top , and the cache is a few meters from there.
A lot of people walk up that big rock to enjoy the view , so you have to be discreet of course. Also you have to place the cache back with care , I visit Thassos at the summers so it's more of a travel cache. Thanks everyone that wants to log it , getting there can probably confuse you, but the view is rewarding. The area is steep and the rock is tall , be careful.
