Once upon a time, this area was used as a military research area for the Swedish National Defence Research Institute. Now, apartment houses and playgrounds have taken over the area, but here and there you can still see remnants of the old research facilities. If you walk down the road towards the bus stop, you will see the former headquarters of research, now a primary school. And up here, you can find some interesting structures...
Spend some time and explore the remnants, or have a stop at the playground a short distance away and let your children do some research of their own - in hydropower, perhaps?
