When I rode down 96 I always wondered what that statue next to the road was, and I thought it was a great place to hide a cache. I made a little container and went to hide a cache and found out it's apparently a statue that the developers of the neighborhood put out. Still I thought It's a weird oddity, and I already made the container so I published the cache regardless. Have fun finding this one!
