21 years of a KC Picnic, wow what a ride. This cache has been placed in conjuction with the annual picnic ( GC8HJBR 20th Annual KC Area Geocaching Picnic). Hopefully this cache will remain as a reminder to all the fun we have had at this and previous picnics, as well as a lot of other events at this location. It should be a fairly easy grab with a slight muggle factor. Lock combo is 021. Somebody cut the lock off, but please be sure and close it back tightly
I would recommend NOT going after this cache on Sunday mornings.
