We were on our way to see the super low river levels because of the drought Manitoba is having in 2021. We drove by this road and noticed the sign for the Greenridge United Church and Cemetery. "TURN THE VAN AROUND" So we came to check this out. Though neither cache is at the cemetery it is worth the stop. The first burial was Edwin Adams in 1879. That is a long time ago...older than many of the Ukrainian and Mennonite graves that we have visited and placed caches in Southeastern Mantioba. I wonder how this group of people came to be in Manitoba all those years ago?
A super easy grab even for younger kids.
A few tiny tradeables with a logsheet and pen.
