CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.
Looking into the history of the area, I discovered that is was first called North Cottonwood. It wasn't until later that it was given the name of Farmington.
In order to get the coordinates please take yourself on an adventure through the cemetery using the Adventure Lab. There are a few numbers that you will need in order to open the cache that the lab will help you with.
