So glad that we turned the van around as we drove by this road on our way to check out the super low river levels in that we are experiencing in 2021. WOW. We could stand in the middle of the Red River and be dry.
Anyway....this little town that no longer exists was a good place for a cache because why else would you come? Though the church just up the road was built in 1988 it replaced 4 other churches that were started as early as 1880 and the cemetery began in 1879. I wonder where these settlers came from and where the moved away to.
