Geocache Description:

Grand Prix Park contains a 700 metre long path around a small lake. You may wish to take a pleasant stroll around the sealed path. The lake contains several bird species. We have seen Black Swans, Eurasian Coots, Purple Swamphens, Hard Head Ducks, a pair of Australasian Grebes making a floating nest in the middle of the lake, Masked Lapwings and Lewin's Honeyeaters. We have also heard Reed Warblers and frogs. There are several viewing platforms.

We have placed a container under the edge of the boardwalk at a location away from where most muggles would be.

If you lean out over the fence you may just see it. You can then reach down to retrieve it. It is magnetic.

Kids may enjoy the playground at the west end of this park. Unfortunately there are no toilets in this park.

A few parking spots can be found on South Circuit. You need to be Northbound to use them. Parking may also be found on Leffler and Ambrose Streets. See additional waypoints. Note that there is NO PARKING on Peter Brock Drive.
