Welcome to Cheyenne Wyoming

Just a little gathering to meet some locals while in the area geocaching.  It is my goal to hold an event in all of the states (capitals when possible).  This will be my 18th state and 11th capital  

Picked what seems like a local favorite, hope I chose wisely.  Let's meet at the above coordinates from 8:30 pm until 9:00 pm. (we are going dutch), though you do not have to purchase food to attend.

Please post your "Will Attend" so I can warn the ice cream place of our arrival.
