Geocache Description:

This geocache is in a metal coffee can located in Heidelberg Park.  Heidelberg Park is a hidden gem in Los Angeles located in Mt. Washington.  18 acres of woods and hiking trails and is home to one of the last remaining black walnut woodlands in Southern California.

Different experience depending on where you enter the park. From the Moon Canyon lot it will be a largely downhill (and sometimes steep) journey to get to the cache (but uphill on the way back).

From the Aldama St. dead end entrance the path will be more wooded, uphill and twisting.

Shouldn't need to venture off any paths until you're within 50 feet of the cash.

The name from of the geocache is for a local dog who used to roam these trails.
