Series Introduction
This small grouping of caches has been placed so that the local cachers who are doing volunteer work at the Mega, and have probably already cleaned out their home town, can have a chance at getting some of their 15 types in a day.
It won't help them with the webcam, but some other types will be on offer.
(also for others who accidently cleaned out the town before the Mega!)
The Cache
This is Yogi of Wangaratta
He has been the official flood marker for about 50 years.
Yogi has his own facebook page where you can see him hard at work (and play).
Although flooding mainly occurs in winter, there are instances of Yogi with wet feet in both December and March.
In this Wherigo your task is to locate Yogi before he goes underwater again.
