This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. I've seen this fun type of hide elsewhere, but not in the Triad that I'm aware of, so I decided to place one.
You are looking at what the scenery is from the caches point of view. Just align yourself with where this picture was taken and the prize will be in hand! In case the murals in the forefront happen to change, you can still reference the building in the background.
