This cache can be found near the Greenway trail at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park. Park at the Kuhlwein Rd entrance. The 1.1 mile trail to the cache is rated for multiple uses, so feel free to ride your bike or bring your dog. After you find the cache, the trail continues for a two-mile loop, including the old racetrack. Please be respectful of any groups that may be using this facility. Bring your own pen.

The round barn at this spot was used for housing and training the Galbreath family’s racehorses. Success in horse racing depends greatly on aerodynamics; positioning a horse behind another reduces wind resistance and saves the trailing horse’s energy.
