update 8/20/23- I changed the terrain difficulty because the county did some road work that changed the way this cache is accessed.

camo lock n lock hidden in highway right of way - do not go beyond right of way please as this will be trespassing. i thought about who might live here, and named the cache after one of his quotes. A "mild spring zephyr" may have been what brought us this hiding spot, after all.
