Here from California, USA to visit my daughter and her husband in Roma and to hike the Cinque Terra.
If you are a cacher who likes hiking, you will like this one. It is a film cannister about 10 feet off the trail, tucked into the rocks.
If you come for this cache, you will need to do some research to get here. We came from Roma (via Siena and Florence) to get to La Spezia, then a 5 minute train ride to Riomaggiore. From there you start walking to the other four towns. After Riomaggiore comes Manarola. This cache is between the third and fourth towns..between Corniglia and Vernazza. The fifth town is Monterosso.
The sights are incredible ! Nothing like this in California, USA.
