Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Rails to Rivers Geocaching Series!  This sequence of caches will take you through a tunnel, over the aqueduct bridge, and on the recently constructed Bolivar Boardwalk Trail Connection.  This portion of the trail is crushed limestone and offers scenic views with plenty of wildlife.  The trail runs parallel to the canal for a good portion of the caches.  Parking is available at the McDonnell Trailhead (N 40 39.254 W 081 28.121) and the Canal Bend Trailhead (N 40 39.288 W 081 29.089).  Restrooms are available at the Canal Bend Trailhead.  Benches are conveniently located along the trail.

The trail can occasionally be busy at times, so keep an eye out for others.

These caches are located within close proximity to the trail, and all containers are small to regular sized.

Bring your own pen / pencil.

Please replace all of the caches just like you found them.

This cache is placed with permission from the Stark County Park District.
