Several blue tags will be available to putchase at the event along with a bunch of hidden red ones! Watch out for flying bats.

There WILL be a TB coin walk. (not tags) Just like a cake walk. If you want to participate, please bring a TB coin that is not activated. Your coin and name will be logged and taped to the table. The coin will be checked and you will get a wtist band. Coin walk will be some time during the event.
Please log “will attend” so we have an idea of how many grab bags and fun things to make for the kids.
This is going to be a spooktacular event for all you geo-goblins! The Bump in the Night event is going to be great, as geocacher, Byronforestpreserve is helping me get this event up and running for a great spooky fun time.
With the covid restrictions in effect at the time of this event, store bought, individually wrapped treats will be allowed. Sorry, no homemade food will be allowed. Boooo Hot coffee and coco will be provided by the preserve and maybe some donuts. This will be located up in the shelter.
Due to having to have a mask on our face still, we have chosen, not to have a costume contest. Instead, we will have the best GEO Cache T-shirt contest. This will be for 12 years and up. With amazing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes. I can tell you, they are going to be some amazing prizes! So start looking at all those cool geo shirts and pick the best. Voting will be at the event by the attendees.
11 years and younger will have their own game. They will receive a paper with colored boxes on it. There will be corresponding colored caches for them to find along their own haunted trail, and pick a swag out of some of them to put in their bag to keep. Once they checked off all the colors, they can trade that card in, sanitize their hands and receive a treat bag with more great stuff in it.
There will also be a haunted walk around the smaller circle trail for the older kids at heart. These caches are on the geo caching page. There will also be a new caches published in the area too.
Let's not forget, the Bump in the Night Snag the tags too. You can pick up your coin at the event if you found one in the wild. If I have any left, the blue pre-purchase ones will be for sale. No coins found in the wild will be mailed or delivered.
Update!!! 10-13-2021 I'm so bummed because ArtEdCraftEd in no longer able to attend the event. You can still checkout his page and get customized shirts made.
