Burgess Park hosts a number of civic and recreational buildings, as well as a pool, duck pond, and public library. The park was dramatically upgraded in 2004, and this cache is hidden near the plaque commemerating the completion of the construction.

The park is open from sunrise to half an hour after sunset.
You do NOT have to reach into the thorny rosebushes or step into the plants at all.
