kii Ruin of a castle Floodgate mark Tenchi was built (in 665) for 4 years. Allied forces in Japan and Kutara where Tenchi was confronted with the Tang and Shragi army in 2 (663) were defeated in a naval battle. I prepared for an invasion from a continent, put Dazaifu and built a castle in each place by Kyushu. One which is soon is Korea system Yamashiro which was built under guidance of the aristocrat who defected from Kudara in motoishiro. Floodgates are height 1.4m, width 1m and depth 9.5m at the facilities where water from valley in Kiyama and the bou Sumiyama two back is excluded in the south side of the castle, and the stone walls built on it are height 8.5m and length 26m. The person who passed through this floodgate according to Tsukushi Mamoru Shiro prohibition law of Taiho Code and entered in the castle was sentenced to penal servitude in 1.
肥前・基肄城 水門跡 天智4年(665年)築かれた。 天智2年(663年)に唐・新羅軍と対峙した日本と百済の連合軍は海戦において大敗した。大陸からの侵攻に備えて大宰府を置き九州の各所に城を築いた。そのうちの一つが基肄城で百済から亡命した貴族の指導のもとに築かれた朝鮮式山城である。 水門は、城の南側にあり、基山・坊住山両峰の谷の水を排除する施設で、高さ1.4m、幅1m、奥行き9.5mで、その上に築かれている石垣は、高さ8.5m、長さ26mである。 大宝律令の筑紫城衛禁律によると、この水門を潜って城内に入った者は、1年の徒刑に処せられることになっていた。
