The cache is not at the posted coordinates. This is a letterbox hybrid. Follow the below directions to find the cache. Be sure to visit this park's other wonderful caches, if you haven't already. This letterbox will be about a 20-30 minute walk, roundtrip.
The coordinates will take you to a Little Free Library at Grand Rapids Township Park. Feel free to take a book, or share one of your own. After browsing the titles, turn your back to the library door. You will see a tall object about 90 feet ahead that may remind you how long you spent looking at the books. Walk towards it. After admiring the object, turn right and take the asphalt path, which immediately turns left again. There will be a well-made pavilion on your left, but you might see a basket case running around on your right.
Keep walking along the path, heading roughly east, keeping any racqueteers to your right. The pavement will eventually end, but continue straight until you are at the edge of the woods. Once there, take the grassy path to your right and walk until your right side is no longer chained. At that point, turn left, taking the trail into the woods.
Follow this trail until it comes to a clearing with a much wider, paved trail. Turn right and walk gradually downhill. You will pass a sign on your right offering views of a grand ridge, but don't be tempted! Instead, continue on the paved trail about 38 paces past the sign, then take the cleared trail to your right. If you hit the black wrought iron fence, you've gone too far.
Going right, the trail will eventually bark at you, which means you are on the correct path. You should be heading roughly south and there will be some gentle curves in the trail. You'll come upon an opening with a beautiful view to your left. After admiring the scenery, continue to your right. You may start to feel logged down on both your right and left, but continue on, you're almost there!
As you come around a curve, you will see a large mound of stacked branches. There are more mounds further down to explore, but stop at the end of this first one, and walk 10 more paces down the trail. To your right there will be a tree stump that is somewhat off kilter. Look there to finish your search.
