I've driven by this numerous times and told as many people that I'm going to hide a cache here. Well, today was the day. Actually, I hid a cache here awhile ago, but decided to make this a Letterbox Hybrid.
The posted coordinates bring you to the sidewalk where the DMZ begins. From there, proceed 75 feet or so into the DMZ and you'll find an ammo can. What lurks in the murky swamp to one side and a retention pond on the other, no one really knows. I picked up the trash along the route, but feel free to help whatever the local critters bring in there. Please leave the stamp inside the triple baggie. That's to use if you wish (👍🏻)and a log is included as well.
Parking isn't quite as simple and can be found across the street in the neighborhood or I've parked along the grass near the DMZ. Please use discretion if you do and have kids as cars are nearby and travel at a good speed along here. Be safe and have fun!!
The ammo can is stocked with some swag, an inactivated TB or two, and a few personal path tags.
