M&Ms Tube Cache Traditional Cache

This cache requires a TOT that has been around since the first day of creation.  It was necessary for Noah, Jesus turned it into wine, and you'll need it for this cache.  The owner of the property has allowed the cache to be placed in it's location.  6 months out of the year there might be a horse nosing around.  No need to enter the pasture or mess with the nearby gate.  You are looking for a permanently attached cache that takes creativity to retrieve it.
