This is a path I only discovered because of caching. A path which seems to have been here even before the adoption of it as a Military Road in the 1750s.
There's a wonderful walk past this cache, make sure you dip down to the river - especially if it's snowdrop season.
The trees along this path are wonderful and I love coming and put my limited knowledge to use.
