THERE IS NO NEED TO VISIT THIS LOCATION TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE.

The markings are HYDE PARK CORNER 26 MILES. READING 14 MILES.
In order to solve this cache, you can use street view, or visit the location. If you visit the location you can solve the puzzle from the pavement on the West side of the road. There is no need to cross to the side of the road without the pavement.
Find the large road sign SW of the cache coordinates. The road sign has three blue sections on the left hand side and three white sections on the right hand side.
