I had a bunch of caches saved up ranging in size from small peanutbutter jars to Costco size peautnutbutter pretzel containers. I decided to do some more road side hides that are perfect for Canadian weather. You can still cache on days like today that are too stinking hot and humid for hikes, or on cold snowy days when you don't want to be out too long. or on rainy spring days..
I have a power trail of caches on the B E L Rotary Bridgenorth rail nearby.. I added this cache on the road side just past the trail parking lot.
The BEL trail is 2.3 km long, lined with native trees, and boasts a peaceful and tranquil setting amidst the Miller Creek Wetlands. Benches situated along the Trail provide scenic and comfortable resting spots as needed. Trail heads located at Brumwell Street and 5th Line feature parking, and a large trail map identifying local points of interest.
Easy find. The terrain could be more challenging depending on the season.
