Welcome to the Indiana Dunes visitor center. Here you will find lots of information on the dunes, places to go and things to do. If you like to geocache, which I assume is why you'r here, you will find many more caches up the road in the state park. The Vault is safe and secure, and like any vault, it's locked. You will need a three didget combination to open. Don't worry, I'll make this one easy, just enough so only geocachers can open it. By the front of the center you'll find a flag pole with a large statue of an animal by it. Count the number of letters in that animals name (two words, look at the plaque). The combination is that number plus 235. Told you I'd make it easy, you don't even need a calculator, but feel free to use your fingers. Please scramble the lock before you leave and thanks for visiting the Indiana Dunes.
