Vuodenajasta riippuen kätkö sijaistsee keväisen raikkaassa, kesäisen tyynesä tai syksyistä lahoa huokuvassa poikkeuksellisen kauniissa paikassa.
Talvella, noh, siellä lienee lunta.
Kätkö on myös löydettävissä myös talvella, mutta josko se on logattavissa vaiko eikö riippuu siitä onko kätkö jäässä. Voiman käytön välttämiseksi laatija suosittaa ottamaan mukaan lämpöpakkauksen, jos kätkön haluaa talvella käydä loggaamassa – kohtelethan kätköä varoen! Kätkö ei myöskään sijaitse purossa tai sen välittömässä läheisyydessä, joten puro on syytä jättää rauhaan!
Piilotus ei ole vaikea, mutta hieman haastetta tulee ympäröivästä maastosta, joka tuottaa GPS:lle päänvaivaa. Silmillään etsien ja attribuutteja ajatellen päässee pitkälle.
Maastosta vielä sen verran, että kätkölle pääsee useista eri suunnista. Kätköilijän elämänvalinnoista (sekä tulosuunnasta) riippuen kätköilijä saattaa löytää itsensä kostealta alueelta päätään korkeammasta ryteliköstä. Voi käydä niinkin, että valtaosa matkasta taittuu menevää polkua myöten. Terrain lienee maksimissaan kolme, mikäli kätköilijä käyttää järkeään ja välttelee pöljänpolkuja ;)

In winter… Well, there’s snow, one would expect. And this geocache, findable in winter, but if you can or cant’ log depends on how frozen the cache is. If you wish to log this one in winter, the cache owner recommends that you take a heat pack with you to avoid using force – please handle the cache with care! Also, the cache is not in the stream or its immediate vicinity, i.e. do not disturb the stream!
The cache isn’t too difficult as such, but some degree of difficulty may come from the surrounding terrain which makes the GPS signal… shall we put it kindly, less than perfect. But search with your eyes and think of the attributes and you should be fine.
Speaking of terrain, there are more than one route to approach. Depending on your choices in life (and the direction you use to approach), you may end up soggy area without a path and overgrowth higher than your head, or you may be able to cover most of the way using a passable path. The cache owner estimates the max. terrain is 3 if the cacher puts some brain power to use to avoid the worst areas.
