Lake James is a lake in North Carolina (NC) that was created by damming up multiple rivers. This cache is on The Big Island in Lake James. You will need a boat to get to it, and I recommend using a kayak or a canoe to get to it. There is a beach close to other caches so I recommend landing there but unfortunately, there is a lot of broken glass at the beach. Once you land there will be a pretty long hike with lots of different terrains to get to the cache. Bring your own pencil, and bring sturdy shoes.
