This cache is placed on private property WITH the owners permission. He is aware of where the cache is placed and welcomes everyone to hike the trails and visit his land. Hike is about 300m up a hill, but the grounds are regularly mowed and maintained. Plenty of parking at the Peggy of the Cove museum. Trail runs just behind the house, and is worth it to see the views from the top!
Cache itself is large, with plenty of room for Trackables and Swag.
