TheBFamily74: I am removing our 6 caches (castle challenge ones) as Elvaston Castle has suffered a lot of damage from the storms, wind and flooding. Several of our caches are in or near trees that have blown over and some other caches keep finding themselves under water!

Geocache Description:

This is one of a series of 6 caches hidden around Elvaston Castle Country Park. We chose this area because there are not many caches hidden here and it is a lovely place to walk. If all 6 caches are attempted, the walk is about 2.25 miles and takes about 50 minutes (excluding finding time).

This cache is a small plastic lidded container hidden in a 7ft tall ICT. You will need to go off the path into the tree area contained within the bend of the the road. Unfortunately the tree has now fallen over and is lying on the ground where it originally stood!
