We found a place to nestle our cache on private property but with the permission of the owners. They have allowed us to use this hide style.
This is our very first hide. We were inspired to try geocaching by our friend, Badger1970, who opened up this fun world for us. If you weren't aware, the Kitsilano neighbourhood is named after an Indigenous Chief, August Jack Khatsahlano and has a rich history. We enjoy exploring the community, its parks, sights, and particularly all the owner-operated shops and restaurants along West Broadway. Of course we also love searching for the geocaches others have hidden!
The cache is reachable from the sidewalk so you don't need to disturb any lawn, trees or flowers. Once found, it is easy to retrieve. You don't have to yank or pull or twist anything. Have fun and enjoy visiting Kits.
