This geocache has all the necessary information at 4 monuments/placks.  (One at the brick wall, 2 at the flag pole, and 1 to the right of the flagpole)

M = The number that is NOT duplicated in the Boy Scout troop NUMBER

E = The 2nd number in the CIRCA

A = Number of letters in Vincenzo L.’s last name

D = Answer for A

O = 4th number in CIRCA

W = number of letters in scouts
