Ample parking. Watch for cactus on the ground near the cache. You don't need to step that close. Across the road from the cache is a great view overlooking Sportsman's Bowl, part of Oliver and Tucelnuit Lake. There is a gun range down in the Bowl so there could possily be gunfire but it is quite far below you.
