Cache was placed with property owner's permission. Easy park and grab! Please stick to daylight hours only. You will not need to look very hard for this one if you use the hint. ;) You may recognize why this cache has this name if you visit in the spring/summer.
I would say this is wheelchair accessible, but you may have a few feet of gravel to cover. Parking can be found in the back of the building for an easy park and grab, or park in front and you can walk around.
Take some time after finding this cache to walk downtown & see the falls!
