The Sea Hibiscus is the only significant thing on this park along Marine Drive that features the statues of "The Women of the Island-Three Generations," Stop a moment and read the inscription on the front of the statues and you will understand why the CHamorus of the Marianas regard the matrilineal system as an important part of the culture.
