This is the fourth cache we hid on our adventure up to Baldface.
The views of Baldface are better further up the road but this location has different views and a wide spot.
For those who want to go for a hike and enjoy the views from the ridge you can park at the lodge and enjoy some amazing scenery.
For those who are even more energetic you can hike to Grohman Mountain. You’ll see Gray’s and Esmeralda Peaks in Kokanee Glacier Park, the Bonnington Range peaks, the Valhallas, Old Glory Mountain, distant Mount Loki, the West Arm of Kootenay Lake and more.
