This cache requires a short hike from the fee area station. There is ample parking down the hill if spots are taken by the road. Be careful on the rocks, especially when they are wet or loose. Enjoy views of the entire reservoir from the cache site, use stealth while retrieving the cache, and replace as you found it. Bring your own writing stick, and CITO the area on your walk in/out.
Fee area registration is required past the cattle guard (Resident $7.00, Non-resident $12.00, or annual day pass), and is an extension of the Curt Gowdy State Park. No swimming or overnight camping.
