This unique water conservation demonstration garden provides classes, internships, work parties, and events throughout the year. Hosting an online weather station, a custom composting system, and a California wildlife habitat with a variety of drought tolerant and California native plants, PHIG is an all-volunteer restoration from what was formerly a scrap of wasteland used for overflow parking
